Our corporate culture
Merlin is a small, close-knit team of about 15 people. Despite our small size, we make a big impact. We work hard, but there’s always room for fun. Our culture is informal and flexible.

How we work.
We value flexibility. We give you the freedom to work from home, but
we also appreciate it when you come into the office regularly to collaborate and exchange ideas. The weekly kickoff is the start of the week; a chance to get together to share successes and discuss plans for the coming week.
During “walkie-talkies,” you take a walk outside with a colleague to get to know each other better. Having lunch together in our company cafeteria is a moment when we take a break from work and connect with one another.
