Here’s your annual reminder: It’s time to start thinking about your R&D annual plan for next year!
Do you already have a clear idea of the courses, training sessions, and exercises you want to organize for the members of your crisis management team?
In this video, I share a few tips to help inspire your new OTO annual plan.
1. Review the evaluations of last year’s R&D activities. What insights can you take away from them for the coming year?
2. Were there any initiatives that didn’t go ahead last year? Or were there any ideas that weren’t fully developed? If so, consider scheduling them now.
3. Looking for inspiration for new training scenarios? Then look for incidents and crises that occurred in your industry over the past year.
4. Don’t forget to pay attention to staff turnover within your crisis management team. Consider the onboarding and training of new team members.
