Fred Lübbers, Head of Integrated Safety, talks about ROC van Twente’s experience with CrisisSuite: “ROC van Twente is a vocational secondary education institution with more than 18,000 students spread across approximately 60 locations. We realized that our crisis management system could use a quality upgrade, so we started looking for a suitable software solution. We quickly settled on Merlin and CrisisSuite.”

Use during the COVID-19 pandemic and other crises

"We had just completed training for all our crisis teams when the COVID-19 crisis broke out. CrisisSuite played a key role during this crisis, but we have also used the system for other, smaller crises. Examples include a data breach or a gas shut-off at one of our locations.
